A variety of circumstances might combine to require a measure of confidentiality that is difficult if not impossible to obtain as part of a normal consulting service. Our new service provides all the assistance you need with complete, guaranteed confidentiality and with maximum convenience to yourself.

The principal consultant Dewald Roode is the exclusive resource of this service. 

Objectives of the service:

• To provide on-line confidential consulting assistance on issues and concerns currently confronting your organization.

• To allow maximum flexibility through the use of technology - the private consulting service is available no matter where you are at the moment of need, and no travel costs are incurred.

• To provide maximum responsiveness - any chosen means of interaction, which can include phone calls, emails, faxes and correspondence are dealt with promptly.

• To provide a cost-effective service to participants - you choose the service for a specific period that can be determined by yourself or with input from the consultant, to address the specific problem areas where you require assistance.

Typical participant profile:

• Executives, managers, and business owners working within an organizational structure.

• A need for confidential advice or assistance on particular business issues to enhance understanding, competence or performance.

• Requires assistance with specific issues and/or long-term plans, or even just needing a sounding board for ideas, decisions or actions.

• Requires absolute confidentiality.

• Requires fast response and actionable advice, or in-depth analysis/research of specific issues with a longer lead-time.

The service:

• The service is provided in 30-day periods. If multiple periods are booked, discounts will apply.

• Option 1: 5 hours of private consulting time over a period of 30 days. Unlimited access to your private consultant via phone calls, emails, faxes, or letters. Responses are provided as needed and not subject to business hours. Your private consultant will record the time spent dealing with your needs, and will inform you when the limit has been reached. Unspent time cannot be carried over to the next 30-day period.

• Option 2: 10 hours of private consulting time over a period of 30 days, with the same conditions as Option 1.

• Payment must be made in advance. A 5% discount applies to two periods booked at the same time, a 10% discount for three periods booked at the same time and four or more periods will receive a 15% discount.

How to book private consulting time:

1. Email, fax, or mail us the information about yourself and your expected requirements to be addressed by your personal consultant. 

2. We will respond to inform you as to whether we can meet your needs and, if so, when we can start the process. 

3. Once payment is made by cheque or direct payment into our bank account (details will be provided in our response), we will set up an initial telephone conversation to discuss your particular needs and how best to proceed. To keep this service exclusive and confidential, there might be a waiting list at times.

This service is designed for people who need situational, rapid, objective advice or assistance and who require absolute confidentiality. It is also ideal for people with less immediate needs, but where the same condition of confidentiality applies.
